What is the Difference between CBD and THC?

CBD is a natural product of the plant Hemp. Hemp is different than Marijuana, the plant harvested for THC. CBD is used for health issues like Multiple Sclerosis (MS),  Arthritis, Eczema, Epilepsy, Crohn’s Disease, PTSD, Anxiety, & Depression as well. It is referred to as a dietary supplement made from the Industrial Hemp plant.

Containing less than 0.03% THC, CBD does not give a person a euphoric high, that is generally associated with Marijuana and it’s derivatives. There are extracts made from medical marijuana that are used to treat more severe medical conditions, but they are largely either illegal, or require a Medical Marijuana card and a Doctors prescription in the states in which it is legal.

Over the counter CBD Oil and CBD Products are made from Industrial Hemp, NOT Medical Marijuana. They are two totally different things. They are used in similar fashion to treat similar ailments, but that’s where the similarity pretty much stops
